He has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, particularly within the creative industry, where a unique approach to management is essential.
Ayham boasts a successful track record as a Founding Partner of three companies and has held top management positions at several others. He began his career as a Designer at a luxury furniture factory before establishing his own interior design house and architectural firm. He later served as CEO of a Grade A engineering consultancy company, where he grew the company from a starting capital of 600K to a 37M turnover within five years, managing a portfolio of projects totaling over two billion.
Ayham holds an MSc in Governance and Robotic Urbanism from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and has lived in various international cities, including Paris, Doha, Dubai, Damascus, and Beirut.
